Returns and refunds

I want you to love your jewellery. If you change your mind, you can return an unworn piece in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. Please email info@thesilverclaycollection.co.uk first so I can tell you where to send it.

If you've simply changed your mind, the cost of returning the item to me is yours. Please send it by a tracked service, as I can't be responsible for items lost on the way back to me.

Commissions and personalised pieces

Commissioned and personalised pieces are made specially for you, so I'm unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind. If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch and I'll put it right, as described above.

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch as soon as you can with a photo. I'll put it right and cover the cost of returning it.

Once your return arrives and I've checked it, I'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
