Shipping
I currently post within the UK only.
Standard delivery is £3.99 and usually takes 3-5 working days. Orders of £75 and over are posted free of charge.
Most of my pieces are made and ready to go, so your order is usually dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays go out the next working day.
Commissioned and personalised pieces are made especially for you, so they take longer. I'll agree a timescale with you before you order, and I'll let you know when your piece has been posted.
If there's ever a delay, I'll let you know by email.
Returns
I want you to love your jewellery. If you change your mind, you can return an unworn piece in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. Please email me at info@thesilverclaycollection.co.uk first so I can tell you where to send it.
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch as soon as you can with a photo. I'll put it right and cover the cost of returning it.
If you've simply changed your mind, the cost of returning it to me is yours. Please send it by a tracked service, as I can't be responsible for items lost on the way back to me.
Once your return arrives and I've checked it, I'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
